We operate an Integrated Management System aligned to ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), embedding compliance, traceability and continuous improvement across every client supply chain.

For healthcare and regulated products, PGL is registered with the HPRA as a distributor, operating procedures aligned to EU MDR distributor obligations.

Quality at PGL extends beyond storage accuracy. It includes customs compliance, carrier performance, returns integrity and SLA reporting.

Continuous Improvement

We operate a data-driven quality model:

  • Carrier performance scorecards

  • Root-cause analysis for exceptions

  • Structured monthly and quarterly client reviews
